Six variables decide every generation. Define all six and the model executes your picture; skip them and it averages the internet's. Here is the formula, the anatomy language that actually steers size and shape, and how to fix a bad result without starting over.

1. The six-variable formula

Character + proportions + scene + framing + light + style. Every strong big tits AI prompt covers all six; every disappointing one leaves at least two to the model.

2. Anatomy language beats cup sizes

Models don't measure in letters — they render descriptions. "34F" is noise; "very large natural breasts, heavy, with natural sag" is instruction. The working vocabulary:

  • Size: large · very large · oversized (anime only — realism breaks past "very large")
  • Weight: heavy natural with sag · full and firm · perky enhanced
  • Frame: proportionate to a curvy / slim / BBW / athletic body — anchors the size to a believable silhouette

3. Light is half the realism

A named light source tells the model where every highlight and shadow on skin belongs. The four that work hardest: golden hour (warm, flattering, outdoor), neon spill (night city, saturated rim light), window daylight (soft interior), low-key studio (dramatic, one source). Pick one per image — mixed light briefs produce mixed results.

4. Fix, don't reroll

A result that's 80% right is an edit away, not a reroll away. Change exactly one variable — the light, the framing, the proportions — and regenerate. Rewriting the whole prompt resets the lottery; single-variable iteration converges. This is also the foundation of character consistency: a stable prompt skeleton you only ever change one slot of.
